I got into insurance in 2021 and quickly fell in love with the work. In a short time, I've become one of the most successful producing agents in my agency's history, and I built the Matthews Team because I believe every client deserves coverage that's personal, straightforward, and handled by people who actually pick up the phone. When I'm not working, my world revolves around my wife, Abby, and our Chihuahua-Dachshund mix, Mochi, who's convinced he runs the office. We love to travel together — South Korea and Singapore are two of our favorites. I'm also a lifelong swimmer and water polo player, so you'll usually find me near the ocean or at the gym when I need to recharge.

Janette is the operational backbone of our team and a Cal State San Marcos graduate. If you've called our office, she's the reason things ran smoothly. She works directly with clients and carriers to make sure nothing falls through the cracks, and it rarely does.
